Our Technical Consulting (TC) team includes developers and technical consultants based in our global offices. This team supports clients with technical engagements, technical audits and builds templates to support our platforms.
The TC team also builds and maintains our managed middleware. For clients who opt not to integrate Piano with their own systems, managed middleware provides a series of connectors to transform and transfer client data to external systems. This middleware moves data into and out of Piano’s platforms in real-time or on a defined regular schedule.
