Technical Consulting
Our Technical Consulting (TC) team includes developers and technical consultants based in our global offices. This team supports clients with technical engagements, technical audits and builds templates to support our platforms.
The TC team also builds and maintains our managed middleware. Clients who opt not to integrate Piano within their own systems, managed middleware provides a series of connectors to transform and transfer available Piano client data to external systems. This moves data into and out of Piano’s platforms in real-time or on a defined regular schedule.
